"Gem Residence" is a stunning renovation of a historic residence that seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern functionality. Formerly plagued by small, dimly lit rooms and deteriorating roofing, our design intervention breathes new life into the space. The focal point of the renovation is the introduction of a spacious double-height living and dining area, flooding the interior with natural light. The kitchen has been expanded and reimagined for optimal functionality, while the bedrooms are thoughtfully organized to prioritize comfort and privacy. The material palette, featuring terrazzo tiles, wood accents, natural stone, and crisp white walls, exudes timeless elegance and sophistication.
