Structural design
Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing.
An initial discussion with the Architect and registration by paying the prescribed fee. The client shall provide the details of the site, necessary drawings, documents and requirements.
The architect will visit the site for evaluation.
After finalizing the design as per requirements, the office will prepare the necessary drawings for the client to get approval from the local bodies. All fees and expenses connected to this shall be borne by the client. No changes will be made to the design after obtaining approval*.
After obtaining the approval, the working drawings and details sufficient to commence work at the site will be issued.
Periodic visits will be done by the architect. Constant supervision does not form part of our duties and our periodical inspection alone cannot guarantee that the work is carried out strictly in accordance with the drawing and specifications.
The client is expected to pay the prescribed professional fee which is divided into installments on different stages of construction. The taxes applicable to the service shall be borne by the client.
*Any revision in the drawings, tenders and documents, once approved, if required to be made by the Client shall be considered as additional service rendered by the Architect and shall be compensated for on mutually agreed terms.
These are based on the regulations framed by the Council of Architecture, India under the Architects Act of 1972.
As per Copy Rights Act, the design, drawings, specifications and all other instruments of service are the property of the architect whether the work for which they are made executed or not, and are to be used on other work only by the written consent of the Architect.
